A kellerbier? Qu'est-ce que c'est? It's a young German-style lager, which translates to "cellar beer." Traditionally, the cold-aging period is shorter which makes the hop character more pronounced, and the beer is cloudier in appearance. We think this hazy lager is a real live wire, with subtle fruity aromatics, smooth mouthfeel, and rich malt flavour.
