    Nutty, fruity, toffee, molasses and caramel notes on the nose followed by light coffee, caramel and delicious nutty flavours on your palate. Hopped solely with EKG, it provides an earthy and grassy undertone. This brew is a smooth drinker, has a sweet finish due the residual sweetness of the Scottish yeast and is one of the most popular beer here at Origin.     Our Golden Strong ale has been heavily dry hopped with Sabro and Idaho 7 to give a tropical coconut flavour. In fact this beer’s hops were only added via dry hop. To balance out the coconut flavour of these hops, real pineapple was added directly to the beer. The finished product dances delicately between a golden ale and a pina colada that you would find on a sunny and sandy beach, which is something we could all go for right now! Includes Origin Prairie Pale malt.
