A traditional German sour wheat ale fermented for 4 months and then conditioned with 2 strains of Brettanomyces wild yeast. Tart and refreshing with notes of sourdough, sunshine and light citrus funk. Bottle and keg conditioned. It has notes of bright citrus, biscuit and a slight earthy funk
