  • A classic old world saison. 100% Ontario pilsner, Vienna and wheat malts make for a golden coloured, highly drinkable Belgian saison. Black pepper and stone fruit and citrus dominate, but a slight herbal, fruity hop note from the Styrian Golding and Saaz hops comes through on the finish.
