Shacklands Brewing

  • Quick sour with black currant, haskap, and raspberry. Pours with a pink head and indigo body. The aroma is raspberry up front with sharp acidity. The flavour initially follows the nose, with deeper flavours from the haskap and black currant developing in the back. Sharply sour without lingering from both the lactic acid fermentation and fruit acids.
