  • A lightly spiced old ale aged with bourbon soaked oak sprials. Malt dominant with notes of caramel,toffee and treacle. Firmly bittered to balance the sweetness from the malt. Cinnamon is present, but light. Bourbon and oak notes blend subtly into the background.
