  • Bamberger is a dedication to the beauty of malt. Rauch, or smoked, beers we originally produced in Bamberg Germany. Malts would be kilned over open fire, resulting in strong smoke flavour and aroma. Brewed with over 40% Weyermann beech smoked malt, this beer delivers wonderfully balanced notes of smoke, brown sugar, and caramelized bread crust.
