Godspeed's Polotmavý is *triple* decocted, lagered for 6 weeks, naturally carbonated, and uses Saaz hops and a newly sourced yet old-world Czech floor malted barley. The result is a beautifully balanced, clean, and malt-rich amber lager with notes of toasted bread loaf crust, caramel, peppery spice, and distant granola.
