  • Our collaboration with De La Senne is an unfiltered everyday lager that features a striking amount of malt variety: rye, oats, wheat, malted barley and a kiss of smoked malt just for good measure. Lightly dry-hopped with German noble hops, Bière de Soif is a thirst-quencher that also lends itself to deeper exploration for those who care to ponder over a glass. Floral and grilled lemon-like character feature prominently atop a crisp and spicy finish.
