Dok Anchan, also known as Butterfly Pea Flower, is native to Thailand and famous for its vibrant blue colour. When steeped, it gives off an electric blue colour that gradually turns pink with the increase of acidity. We add this flower to the whirlpool of our Sourweisse brew, which becomes acidic naturally form the souring process. The result: a bright purple beer with delicate floral notes.
