  • Set aside any associations to the coffee chain on the corner (and on the corner across from that). 100 pounds (!) of pumpkin puree dial us in to perfect aromatics, and just enough flavour to hold up to the full spice rack profile without any sticky sweetness. Ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, and allspice were added to the boil to bring this pie to the family table.
