  • A single hop pale ale brewed exclusively with Alberta barley malt from Red Shed malt, 3D malt and hammer malt and our own farm grown barley. Each Science Fair project is brewed with the same recipe, with the exception of the hop variety. The rotating hops give each brew its own distinct flavour.
