Boiling Oar Brewing Company

  • Somewhat of a hybrid between your classic American Amber and a California Common. The house Kolsch yeast was used to give this beer a crisp/refreshing finish. Pilsen malt gives it a meduim body, and dry hopped with Mt Hood variety provides classic hop character.
