  • This variant of our Wizard of Gose brewed with our house strain of lactic bacteria was conditioned on Sour cherries resulting in a pleasantly tart beer with strong aromas of cherries and dark fruit. The addition of sea salt rounds out the acidity and accentuates the slightly sweet finish.
