  • Inspired by a Berliner Weisse, one of our brewers’ favorite beer styles, this raw sour beer was double dry hopped with Citra and Cryo Citra to accentuate the already distinctive citrus flavors brought by the Escarpment Labs Lactobacillus blend. With intense flavours of lime, lemon, as well as touch of sour candy sweetness, this sour beer is complex, flavorful and incredibly refreshing!
