Both reviews and ratings can be sourced from Untappd and/or Google Places. We show you relevent ones on various pages, however we do not specifically endorse what they say and cannot modify or remove them.

We may be! We include all Alberta Craft Breweries with open taprooms that you can visit, and try to add new ones just before they open. Perhaps you have a brand new brewery in mind, or are not aware that one has closed. You may add a brewery by logging in and using the "add brewery" feature.

At this time we are funded solely by a private investor, suplimented by on page ads and industry partnerships.

In short, No. We believe craft breweries are vital epicenters to a lively and functional community and we want to support them as best we can. We DO NOT ask for money to list craft breweries or send visitors their way. Breweries can, however, pay for advertising just as anyone can.

In places where lists of breweries or other businesses are shown we employ a staged ranking system to the sort order of these results. The ranking system is dependant on two parts, 1) Their Untappd and Google Places ratings, higher ratings are shown first; and 2) Participation Boosting, businesses that participate more in site functions and activities receive higher ranking for that effort.

There are several ways to get your event listed. 1) Post your event on Eventbrite or Showpass, our system actively seeks out and adds them automatically. 2) Login and use the "Add Event" feature. 3) Partner with us and supply a feed/api to your events.

Our Merch areas work by periodically checking your merch link and adding what is found. The items displayed are not considered exhaustive and show up randomly. When a user clicks your item, they are sent to your shop and we require no commission. To add your products be sure to add your merch link in the brewery overview section once logged in.

Beer lists are provided by Untappd, we don't have control over when they are added or removed.

Our system employs automation for this process and the information is based on what your google listing has. Please make your updates inside your Google Place account.

Your logo may be updated by our system periodically, however if you wish to update it manually, please login, visit the brewery overview, and tap/click on the image you want to change to begin the change process.
