In 1989, founder Michael Lanigan sparked the Brewsters revolution, well ahead of the small-batch brewing craze. Now a second-generation family business, their batches may have grown, but the fiery passion remains unchanged. It's a simple yet potent formula: fuse meticulously brewed beer with an unparalleled dining adventure. This alchemy has propelled Brewsters to its current standing - one of Alberta's most enduring local breweries, with eight vibrant restaurants spread across the province. Get ready to taste the legacy, feel the thrill, and join the Brewsters journey!

Visit: October 2024 Similar sentiment to my review over a year ago. You still need to buy a drink for wing Tuesdays, but you're able to sub it out for a side like fries or tater tots if you're not much of a drinker, which is nice. I decided to get a hard seltzer, which paired nicely with the wings Visit: May 2023 Went to Brewsters for wing Tuesday. The wings are pretty good as they not dry and the flavours aren't too overpowering. They're a little bit more on the pricey side in comparison to other wing places, but not too bad. Also got the calimari and tater tots. The calimari and tots were pretty standard, nothing special there.

The server was very quick for getting and serving my order. Very courteous and offering additional assistance due to my handicap ( wheel chair). The place is exceptionally clean. This was my first time there and with the manners, assertiveness, of the server I was very comfortable and relaxed here. It's been a long time since my surgeries and months of being in the hospital and several shorter stays(3-5 weeks) losing my ability to walk being comfortable in public restaurants/ bars. Brewster's and their Servers did not make me feel out of place, he/ bar server was very courteous offering assistance for getting on/off the bar stool to my mobility scooter ( arriving & leaving). Thank you Brewster's/ Staff for providing such a welcoming atmosphere . Sincerely, Blair

This place is solid. Great wings, fun beer flavors, and excellent service. It's not fancy, but they tend to not make errors which goes a very long way. 8.5/10 after many years of patronage, will continue to revisit.

I think Brewsters is done. Moved to Alberta 20+ years ago and loved going to Brewsters, good beer decent food, average prices. Every year Brewster got more expensive, you get less beer, schoolers and pitchers are long gone. Old beers that started Brewsters are also mostly gone, maybe 4 left. Food quality is down and prices are way up. I don't know who is running this place (entire brand) but i can tell you where it is going: down. If they are still open 5 years from now I would be surprised. I can hardly recognize this place, there is nothing left that made me enjoy it. I use to order beer kegs from there for parties and beer selection just sucks.

We had French onion soup and ceasar salad, and creamy tomato soup. It was all so salty, we couldn't finish the salad, and my daughter couldn't eat her tomato soup without eating bread because of the salt. We told the server but she didn't seem to care... Use caution when eating there.
