2 weeks agoI got the fish and chips sandwich with the soup. Delicious. Wonderful fun murals in the bathrooms. Big space with lots of seats, suitable for big groups/parties.

a month agoHad a fantastic experience at Best of Kin! The staff was amazing, and the cozy vibe made it a perfect spot to unwind. Tried the Summer Crush, Sailor's Delight, and Celebration Sour (beers on tap)all refreshing and surprisingly good. But the real star of the night? The Fish and Chipsabsolutely outstanding! The fish just melts in your mouth. Highly recommend this place and can't wait to be back!

3 months agoWe were coming back from Canmore and came back into Calgary at a weird time around 2-3pm when a lot of places weren't open as they switched from lunch to dinner. We ended up stopping here and had an absolutley fabulous meal and some cold brews. We got a sampling plate with some meats and cheeses and it was so good. We also got a few other things like wings and some salads. We had such a good meal we wanted to come again but sadly we weren't able to return in the short time we had left in Calgary. Excellent place though, if I lived in Calgary I would come often!

6 months agoWill be back. Creating a cool, local, sophisticated but casual spot is a hard feat. They nailed it. Dog friendly patio is also a plus. Tables are bare, unfinished wood. Adds to the charm but some people may not like it. Didn't bother me. The fish on crackers meal I ordered could be improved, but the dumplings the table next to me ordered smelt great, and the beer was good, too.

6 months agoThe place is very beautiful, the attention is also beautiful. The food was not to our liking, the pizza was a little burnt, the sandwiches the bread did not feel very fresh :/ and I found that it had little brisket. The beer is good and the cider is also very tasty. The food left us dissatisfied
