Valley Brewing

  • The recipient of the Last Best IPA Tap Takeover judges choice for 2019 and recognized again for fan favourite in 2020! This hazy style IPA features our favourite Australian hops and has a medium-full body thanks to a low attenuating dry yeast and a malt bill packed with wheat, flaked wheat and flaked oats. Namesake has big notes of juicy citrus, tropical fruit, stone fruit and piny resiny goodness. All of our beers are made with re-mineralized RO water, giving us the ability to accentuate flavours and mouthfeel true-to-style, in this case we use a specific ratio of chloride to sulfate to accentuate body versus hop sharpness and dryness.
