Valley Brewing

  • A mash-up of Pilsner malt and German hops, finishing dry and refreshing. Expect notes of cracker and bread from the malt and floral, slightly spicy notes from the hops. All of our beers are made with re-mineralized RO water, giving us the ability to accentuate flavours and mouthfeel true-to-style, in this case a very soft water profile.
