Two breweries that are so close that they even shared a podium at the Alberta Brewing Awards have put their heads together to give you the latest IPA style- Brut IPA. This bone dry IPA uses extra enzymes to convert all of the sugar into food for the yeast. The result is a hop forward delight with no residual sugars and extra carbonation. Almost like hoppy Champagne!
