For Snicklefritz, we started with the familiar faces of Idaho 7, Citra and Mosaic hops and relied on them to provide a base to showcase the distinct flavours and aromas of New Zealand Rakau hops. Rakau is described as expressing the "whole orchard" and that translates over to this beer - you can find berry, passionfruit, pear and mango notes throughout, creating a super refreshing and crushable IPA.
