Tailgunner Brewing

  • We kettle soured this beer with our favourite strain of lactobacillus before fermenting it with our house ale yeast. Then we dry-hopped it with lots of Citra. It reminds us of the best and freshest white grapefruit juice we have ever had. Sometimes simplicity is best ;)
