A PNW style Sour Weisse brewed with North American Crystal hops and a blend of wheat and barley malt. We kettle soured for a tasty finish, which is further enhanced by the addition of passionfruit concentrate. Expect passionfruit to dominate the aroma and flavour, with a lemony citrus note cutting through from the souring process and choice of hops. This brew is light-tasting, tart and refreshing!
