A careful balance of Citra and Simcoe, and a heavy dose of an experimental Dry Hopping puts this in the Genus: IPA, but it remains an unknown species. So, we’re just gonna call it Gremlin. Mixing the drinkability and body of a lager with the fruit-forward modern hop approach of a NEIPA, and juuust enough bitterness to keep it dry and crispy. It has elements of popular IPA styles but it’s very much it’s own unique thing. Resin-y, Piney, and Clear, like a West Coast IPA. Citrusy, and Fruit Forward like a good Hazy. Fuzzy Peaches!
