  • A Stainless Steel Fermented Saison aged 406 days in White Oak Foeders Soured with Lactobacillus brevis then force carbonated. No added fruit, hops, or flavors. Fruity ester aromas of lemon zest/ floral orchard paired with phenolic clove spices from the yeast with a hint of oak. The taste has a lemon drop tartness and is highly carbonated with a very dry finish.
