  • Passionfruit (our secret weapon) 0ibu all fruit aroma. Soured from lactobacillus (yogurt) then a quick boil, and then held overnight. It's got a strong punch of passionfruit, a flavour which is unforgettable. The wheat provides a nice smooth mouthfeel and allows for a nice frothy head unlike some berliner weisse's. All you're left with is that sour aftertaste that so many are into these days. And wine drinkers alike.
