  • Gamme signature - Bière ayant subi deux types de fermentations, une fermentation lactique (lactobacillus) et une fermentation alcoolique (levure). C’est une bière acide et désaltérante. L'ajout de purée de cassis après la fermentation est ce qui donne la couleur rose à la bière.
