  • Guardian was created to be a clean showcase for our favourite Australian hop - GALAXY. It is brewed with a simple malt bill and fermented with our house ale yeast to profile the ingredients rather than the yeast character. As it warms it shows its depth and complexity beyond its resinous, dry mouthfeel. Soft notes of citrus, peach and passionfruit aromas dance on the tongue before a sharp citric bitterness finishes things off.
