  • This beer is light gold in colour with a slight haze and a fluffy white head that dissipates slowly. The addition of Japanese rice imparts a lightly sweet and grainy character to the beer while the Motueka hops bring out citrusy flavours of lemon, lime and tropical fruit. Notes of black pepper and clove shine throughout, creating a refreshingly dry Saison with a moderate bitterness perfect for warm weather adventures or pairing with light and fresh dishes.
