Prickly Pear Guava Gose

Origin Malting & Brewing

  • A German wheat style with a high salinity, lightly kettle soured with lactic acid producing bacteria to produce a soft, tart ale. Co-fermented with Prickly pear and Guava puree. This beer welcomes you with aromas of tropical Guava fruit, Bright pink in colour, and playfully acidic flavours of melon, kiwi, guava and pear with a pleasant slightly salty finish.
