An exploration of how terroir affects flavour in beer. Much like in wine, growing the same fundamental ingredients throughout different regions of the world will yield wildly different results. Cadence features exclusively English malts, hops, and yeast. The resulting beer is slightly sweeter than its American counterpart (Melody), with upfront herbaceous, floral, grassy hop flavours.
