This west coast Pils blends the delicate flavours of German malts and a lager fermentation with modern hops techniques, creating a refreshing and elegant hoppy beer. It’s golden / yellow with good head formation and retention. The combination of Mosaic and Citra showcase the best of new world hops, expressing deep piney, fruity and citrusy flavour and aromas. It’s crispy and refreshing as a German Pils and hoppy and flavourful as an American IPA.
