  • After seeing people’s reaction to the limited-edition Rodeo Monk Belgian-style IPA, I brewed Welterweight Session IPA to offer the same big hop aromas and delicate fruitiness with a reduced overall bitterness. This feisty white session IPA delivers hoppy Belgian-style IPA qualities at a much more reasonable 4.8% abv, making Welterweight a beer that you can sit on a deck and drink all summer long – and that is exactly what I plan to do!
