The first beer we brewed when we started the brewery. Brewed with Canadian-grown malts and German hops, this ale spends a couple of weeks at near-freezing temperatures which makes it super clean, refreshing, and a hint of fruits like pear and melon. La première bière que nous avons brassée lorsque nous avons ouvert notre brasserie. Avec des malts canadiens et du houblon allemand, cette bière mature à des températures très basses ce qui la rend douce, rafraîchissante et légèrement fruitée.
