  • Saison sure melon d'eau-concombre /// Hybride de saison & de bière sure, brassée avec les concombres "moches" de Laitue Mirabel et de la purée de melon d'eau. Légère, fruitée, juste assez sour et avec un p'tit côté "gastronomique" avec l'apport du concombre, c'est le parfait rafraîchissement estival. --- Watermelon-Cucumber Sour Saison /// An hybrid of saison & sour beer, brewed with Laitue Mirabel's "ugly" cucumbers and watermelon puree. Light, fruity, with just enough sourness, the cucumber gives it some sort of "gastronomic" vibe, making it the perfect summer refreshment.
