  • DIPA Sure aux mûres /// Brassée avec une tonne d’avoine et de blé non malté, enjolivée de mûres à mi-fermentation et dry hoppée au Simcoe et Azacca. Kick de houblon et d'amertume, couleur d'été et acidité qui fait y retourner: c’est weird. C’est bon. C’est bon d’être weird. - - - Sour DIPA w/blackberries /// Brewed with tons of oats and unmalted wheat, pimped with blackberries mid-ferment & dryhopped w/Simcoe & Azacca hops. Hoppy-bittery punch upfront, Summer colored + a very welcoming acidity: funky. Tasty. Being funky sure is tasty.
