This dry-hopped, East coast style IPA is our brewmaster's favourite. It's a perfectly balanced combination of lighter American malts and hop varieties. The addition of flaked oats and golden naked oats creates a pillowy mouthfeel and light bready taste to balance the tropical fruit finish of El Dorado hops.
