La Dark Mild est une bière traditionnelle anglaise du 20e siècle qui tend à disparaître. Elle est de couleur brun foncé et offre des arômes de chocolat, de noisettes, de muffin au son, et de café. Les saveurs des malts torréfiés rappellent le chocolat mi-amer et le café noir tandis que les houblons ajoutent des notes terreuses, feuillues, herbacées et les feuilles de thé noir. Sa carbonatation est moins élevée et remémore les bières en cask anglais.

Dark Mild is a traditional English beer from the 20th century which is tending to disappear. It is dark brown in color and offers aromas of chocolate, hazelnut, bran muffin, and coffee. The flavors of the roasted malts are reminiscent of bittersweet chocolate and black coffee while the hops add earthy, leafy, herbaceous notes and black tea leaves. Its carbonation is lower and is reminiscent of English cask beers.
