  • A full-bodied brown ale spiced with a pinch of chipotle, a classic Mexican ingredient made by drying and smoking jalapeño peppers until they develop a smokey, spicy, and believe it or not, sweet flavour. We infused the chipotle peppers in alcohol and mixed the fusion in with the brown ale post-fermentation to give it a distinct Mexican aromatic taste.
