  • Designed with intent to ease us all into the changing of the seasons, Shoulder Season is a hybrid style between an American Brown Ale and American Stout. We took our stout base recipe and scaled everything back to obtain a lighter malt character and flavour profile. This balanced malt bill allows for moderate flavours of coffee, dark chocolate, and nutty notes.
