  • Our modern interpretation on this classical style. We started a traditional malt bill and yeast strain but allowed our creativity to shine for the other ingredients in this beer. To increase depth and round out the flavour profile, we used a new world hop heavy hitter Cashmere and a hefty cold side addition of coconut flakes to bring out the subtle tropical notes. Expect light notes of Melon, coconut, and fruit salad.
