House of Funk Brewing

  • Urd is fermented in foeder with a house strain of Saison yeast and Brettanomyces. After fermentation, Urd was dry hopped generously with Experimental Hop HBC 586 lending notes of mango, guava, lychee and citrus to a rustic, oak forward saison. The Norns are female beings from Norse Mythology, who are said to rule the fate of Gods and men by weaving together the past, present and future. Our Nornir Series features Urd (past), Verdandi (present) and Skuld (future). Skål!
