2021 Hop Harvest. We teamed up with our friends @brewculture to source a Whole-Leaf El Dorado Hop Bale from Yakima Valley where these hops were picked fresh off the bine, lightly dried, and then packed into a bale! This helps retain the delicate character of un-kilned hops by protecting the lupulin gland integrity... in other words, YUM! This bale of El Dorado is packing a lot of fresh, bright, juicy notes of pineapple, watermelon, pear, and orange.
