  • Our legendary sour just got a new look. Kiwami, meaning extreme, is a delicately tart wheat kettle sour brewed with fresh plums. The acidity in this beer is achieved by souring wort with lactobacillus found in yogurt, resulting in a tart taste with fresh plum character mixed with a doughy biscuit flavour from the wheat malt. It’s the same great tasting beer with an even better look.
