Norwegian Kveik Pale Ale

5.5% alcohol. 22 IBU Inaugural Brew on Wednesday, May 9, 2018
  • Brewed with a blend of strains isolated from Kveik, a non-purified yeast used in traditional Norwegian Farmhouse brewing and intensely dry hopped with Citra and Cashmere and a little bit of juniper. Waves of stone fruit and lemon flavours end with a pleasant field berry note. It’s fruity, hazy, and easy drinking. Best enjoyed while wondering, is it “kuh-vike” or “kuh-vake”?
