  • The latest addition to our core-beer line-up, Hi-Fi, is a Hazy IPA designed for good vibrations and to keep the party at the perfect volume all night long. Over the past 2 years we’ve brewed over 20 small-batch IPAs and Hazy beauties, this one is the culmination of all that learning! It’s got the soft mouthfeel that we’ve been working on with our new water system, the cold whirlpool technique that we’ve been using to keep those grassy flavours at bay, plus a blend of Azacca, Mosaic and Cashmere hops to keep the bitterness low and the juiciness high! The experimenting and tinkering has been paying off and we can say this Hazy IPA hit all the right notes.
