Sharing a geographic border with our Hidden Lake, this Belgian Wit is a mild departure from tradition, making it the noisy neighbour in the wheat family. Set apart with a creamy body and peppery finish, the spice and citrus are dialed up (all while avoiding reference to any knob marked 11) with kettle additions of orange peel, coriander, and grains of paradise. Racing the Sunset is a liquid allusion to its own name.
