  • Brewed in collaboration with our friends just out our back door (and a quick turn south) DOSC. This tart pale ale was brewed to pair with their brunch menu, but goes down smooth any time of day. Orange zest in the whirlpool, a secondary fermentation on sauvignon blanc juice, and a healthy dry hop of galaxy and strata create a blast of citrus on the noise followed by fruity wine notes of passionfruit, peach and grapefruit typically found in your favourite bottle of sauvignon blanc.
