Once or twice a year we take a stroll down the towering shelves of our hop fridge, shake a few bags, take stock of odds and ends, and concoct a IPA-suitable hop blend that utilizes the best of the best hops we have on hand. These “kitchen sink” brews always turn out wonderfully (Super Duper Saturation was the OG kitchen sink brew!) and this one is no exception. Talus, Meridian, Cryo Pop, HBC 1019, Mosaic and Triumph synchronize in the most harmonious of fashions. Kitsch in Sync Hazy IPA is soft and juicy, pouring a delightful golden, hazy hue with wild face-meltingly tropical fruit notes of melon, peaches, coconut, mango and pineapple.
